What we collect

Two things on this site ask you for anything. The enquiry form on the contact page asks for your name, your email address, an organisation and who you are writing as if you want to give them, whatever you write in the message field, and whether you would also like our newsletter. The newsletter signup asks only for your email address.

We do not run advertising or tracking scripts. To show the site, your browser fetches our fonts from Google Fonts and a small scrolling library from the jsDelivr network; like any web request, these services see your IP address.

Why we hold it

Only to answer you, to keep track of a conversation we are already having, and, if you asked for it, to send you our newsletter. We do not sell it, pass it to anyone for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask to join.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while the conversation is live and remove it once it is clearly finished. A newsletter address stays until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any letter or by writing to us. If you would rather anything went sooner, say so and we will delete it.

Where it is held

This site is built and hosted on Framer. Any traffic figures recorded there are aggregated — page views and referrers — and are not connected to anything you send us. For now, enquiries and newsletter signups reach us by email at contact@theagamiproject.com; if we move them to a form or newsletter service, we will name it here.

Your choices

Write to contact@theagamiproject.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will do it, and tell you when it is done.

Changes to this note

If anything here changes we will date the change on this page. Last updated 16 September 2026.
